i am kinda relieved someone else has had this happen, because i was so embarrassed even though no one else knew it. it must be that the same muscles get relaxed. it only happened to me twice. it was when i was day wetting and just using my diaper. i guess all my muscles down there got too relaxed?

i took a mid-day nap today and i woke up in a messy and wet pull-up. so i just wore pull-ups all day today. that is the first time i "filled" myself, so i am glad i'm not the only one either.
