Underjams are very absorbant, but they rip and you have to be REALLY small to fit into size 7... (like a 28 inch waist or less -28 measured inches, not a 28 pant size) I would recommend Depends ajustable briefs... they are the most breathable and comfortable -and they hold a lot and rarely leak.

im to big for those and i wet to much so mom gets me attends youth
