if its cold i wear sweat pants diaper shirt and socks

Usually just pajamas over a diaper. Nothing special. It's sadly painfully obvious to anyone looking that I'm wearing a diaper, more or less depending on my pajamas. But that doesn't matter, it's only for bed, and all the people who see me in pajamas (mother, father, sister, best friend) all know anyway.
-- Natalie! I'm 15! I am incontinent (both ways) because I have spina bifida, a birth defect. I left, and will probably not be very active, because I'm sick of fakes. They sort of hurt my feelings. I wear youth-size Tranquility ATNs for protection. Though people will always look down on and make fun of bedwetters and incontinent people, we can always have good friends to help us get by. I guess that's about it!
A diaper for me. sometimes just a diaper but not too much now, too cold so I wear sweats, top and bottom over a diaper. Socks too if i'm really chilly.

Same here, flannel is good. It is not really needed just yet in my part of the world, but the cold months are coming; and especially when I go to visit my extended family (usually thermal underwear, some form of absorbent something, and flannel pajama bottoms)

Now that it's getting colder, I wear a pair of flannel pajama bottoms, a long sleeved T-shirt or sweatshirt, a diaper (usually Depends fitted briefs) and a pair of socks. When the weather is warm, I just wear my diaper and a short sleeve shirt.
Cold/normal weather: Goodnite or pampers, a pair of PJ pants, and a white tank-top style undershirt (forget what they are called).
Hot: Goodnite or pampers and a tank-top style undershirt.
